Introduction
Your privacy is very important to us. Sierra Advantage respects your concerns about
maintaining strict privacy. Any information that you divulge to us is kept in confidence.
Categories of Information Collected
We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) unless you choose to give
it to us via our online inquiry forms, an electronic mail message, a phone call, or by postal
mail. The type of information you provide through our inquiry forms may include your e-mail
address, name, mailing address, city, state, zip code and phone number. Even when you choose
to give us information, we keep it confidential. We will only release your PII if we have
gotten express consent or as required by law. The personal information collected from
customers during the registration process is used to manage each customer's account.
Sierra Advantage may share personal information with select affiliates in order to provide
our services to our customers. Sierra Advantage does not share identifying information (like Name
and address) with affiliates for their use in delivering product and service offers to customers.
Affiliates will not be allowed to use any information provided in serving our customers to be
sold, rented, or given to any other company. Affiliates are not allowed to use Sierra Advantage data
for any other purpose other than Sierra Advantage approved programs designed to better serve Sierra Advantage
customers.
We use registration information to contact you in a variety of ways. We may send you offers
through e-mail, phone or regular mail of Sierra Advantage products and services or offers on behalf
of selected affiliates. If you order products directly from Sierra Advantage, we will use your
information to continue to provide you products that you are interested in. We may use your PII
to notify you of network issues and other conditions affecting the quality of our services.
We sometimes disclose PII about you to our affiliates or to others with or without your
written consent if necessary to render the service or to conduct a legitimate business activity
related to the service. For example, we may disclose your name, address, and other personally
identifiable information to a third party for technical support. We sometimes also disclose
personally identifiable information about you to our employees, contractors, outside auditors,
professional advisors and regulators.
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mailing lists or other PII with any third
parties. We maintain records of individuals who contact us for aggregated statistical purposes and
for noting our efforts to provide information or assistance. However, we do not provide this
information to anyone else unless you give us your permission.
Process for Reviewing and Changing Personal Information
Sierra Advantage normally maintains personal information for every customer who keeps an active
account. In addition, personal information is normally kept for no more than one year for closed
accounts. Sierra Advantage allows users to opt-out of receiving communications from us and to modify

Privacy Policy Change Notification
Any changes to this privacy policy will be posted on this web site. In addition, all active
customers will be notified via e-mail of all changes to this policy.
