WEB PRIVACY SETTINGS -- NETSCAPE COMMUNICATOR 4.7 FOR MACINTOSH
1. Start
up Netscape Communicator. Click Edit, and then select Preferences.
2. This brings up the Netscape Communicator Preferences window,
as shown. On the menu on the left hand side, scroll down until you are able
to select the Proxies option.
3. First, select the Manual proxy configuration and click
on the Configure button.
4. This brings up the Manual Proxy Configuration window. Enter
athena.directcon.net. in the HTTP
Proxy and Security Proxy boxes.
5. Type 8531 in the Port boxes as
shown. Click OK to close this window.
6. Click
OK to close the Preferences window and end this configuration
exercise. You're done!
