| Combine the Shredded Wheat squares with 1
cup boiling water. Set aside. Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs
and mix well. Add Shredded Wheat squares and buttermilk. Mix together
dry ingredients and add to mix. Add raisins or other fruit or nuts as desired.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes in greased muffin tin. Fill cups to 3/4.
Store in refigerator for 3 to 4 weeks. |
