Take 1/2 of the oreos and put them in a ziploc bag. With
a rolling pin, roll over the bag of oreos and crush them turning
them into crumbs. Transfer them to a Medium size bowl, add the
melted margarine and mix. Spoon into the bottom of a springform
pan and press into the pan to cover botton and 1/2 inch to 1
inch up the sides. Refigerate for 20 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and whipping cream till smooth.
Add eggs, flour and vanilla till smooth. Pour 1/2 mixture into
springform pan on top of crumb crust. Break remaining cookies
into mixture and add remaining mixture.
Cook in preheated oven of 300º F For 1 1/2 hours.
Chill 4-6 hours before serving. |
