Korean Bulgogi

Ingredients:

3 pounds lean beaf (cut into 1/2 inch thin strips)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1/4 cup sugar
1 medium onion, sliced
1 bundle green onions, chopped
1 Asian pear, minced
1 tsp. red pepper

Directions:

Set meat aside. Mix all other ingredients in large bowl. Mix in meat into sauce and let marinate overnight. Cook the meat.

Serve with white rice and kimchee.

 Helpful Hints & Tips:

Very good if cooked on grill but not required.
