Grandma's Ham Casserole

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups cubed ham
5 potatoes, thinly sliced
2 carrots, sliced thin
1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
10 1/2 fluid ounces water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C). In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine the ham, potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. In a medium bowl, combine the soup with the water. Mix well and pour over the mixture in the baking dish, stirring to coat. Bake at 350º F (175º C) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until carrots are tender.

 Helpful Hints & Tips:

Great when served with salad and biscuits.
