Ingredients: |
3 pounds medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons coarse grained prepared mustard
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
4 ounces fresh basil, stems removed
1 1/2 lemons, juiced
salt to taste
1 pinch white pepper |

Directions: |
In a shallow non-porous dish or bowl add olive oil to melted
butter or margarine. Then add lemon juice, mustard, basil, garlic,
and salt and pepper to taste. Mix all together. Add shrimp and
toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat grill
to high heat. Lightly oil grill grate. Remove shrimp from marinade
and thread on skewers. Place skewers on heated grill and cook
about 2 minutes on each side. |
