accounts include free e-mail virus scanning, and web design software. In
addition, Internet and web design classes are provided for free.

Additional Fees
At Sierra Advantage, our Personal
Accounts never carry a set up fee, invoicing fee, or any other
hidden costs. All you pay for is the service you use. We provide
you with all the software you will need to get your computer
up and running on the Internet as quickly as possible. Our software
is also available at anytime via our Download Center.
We understand that you want to
spend your time using your service, so when problems do arise,
our world-class technical support team is available to work directly
with you to diagnose and solve problems and any questions you
may come across while using your Internet service.
The following are cases which may lead to additional charges:
- Exceeding Monthly Hours - If you purchase a metered
usage account (15 or 40 hours) you will need to stay within your
allotted monthly usage. If you exceed your monthly allotment,
you will be billed the additional hourly amounts outlined above.
If you ever incur over-hour fees, you may have these fees waived
by upgrading to a higher-level account, beginning with the month
in which you exceeded your hourly limit (you will need to pay
the difference between the 2 plans).
- Exceeding Web Page Storage - If your web site grows
beyond the space you are allotted with your account type as outlined
above, an additional fee of $1.00 per Megabyte over your space
limit may be applied to your account. Web storage is based on
a daily storage average for the month.
Dedicated Connections
Sierra Advantage can set you up with your own private access
to the internet. With this service, you can connect your workstation
or network to our network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week allowing
you to have instant access to the internet. You will be given
a unique IP address or if you prefer, a bank of IP addresses
so e-mail will be routed directly to you from locations all over
the world. You will also be able to access internet resources
from anywhere on your network. We have a variety of plans starting
from a 56K connection to a full T1 connection. Please call
